📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Build and maintain relationships with developers in the LATAM region.Provide guidance, resources, and support to help developers succeed and grow their projects on the Roblox platform.Assist with the organization and execution of developer events, such as hackathons, meetups, and webinars.Collaborate with the Developer Relations team to create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the Roblox platform and attract new developers.Gather and analyze feedback from developers to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in developer engagement and community building.Represent Roblox at industry events and conferences to showcase the platform and engage with potential new developers.Work closely with the Developer Advocacy team to create and deliver educational content, such as tutorials, blog posts, and videos, to help developers learn and improve their skills.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in developer relations, community management, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with developers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Familiarity with the Roblox platform and its development tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Passion for gaming, technology, and community building.Ability to travel to industry events and conferences as needed.🛠️ Keahlian
<p>To excel in this roleyou should have a strong understanding of developer engagement best practicesas well as experience with community management tools and platforms. You should also be familiar with marketing and promotional strategiesas well as data analysis and reporting tools.</p>
