📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
