📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the coordination, execution, and optimization of all maintenance and repair activities for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and plans.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of industrial facilities.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team to ensure high standards of performance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent are a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and plans.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
