📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of delivery drivers, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and optimize delivery routes using GPS tracking systems like Google Maps or Waze.
• Coordinate with restaurant partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain strong relationships.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards for all delivery operations.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the delivery team.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating a team of delivery drivers.
• Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
