📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls from guests and other hotel departments.
• Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Book and manage guest reservations and room allocations.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all guest interactions.
• Use hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Guestline to manage reservations and guest data.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in hotel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Telephone Operator or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Guestline.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services in Bali.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
