In this role, you will be responsible for managing our daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bali while contributing to the growth and success of AMEC Academy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability.
• Monitor and maintain financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.
• Participate in financial planning and analysis to support the institution's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards is a plus.
