📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of inventory management and reporting.,Maintain high levels of safety and security in the warehouse, including compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that reordering processes are effective.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that warehouse operations support the overall business objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
