📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing standards.,Assist in the development of technical content for marketing and sales materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
