📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all shipping operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes.,Maintain and update shipping documents and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses related to shipping performance and costs.,Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of shipping strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping operations or administrative roles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.,Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping management software is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local language is a plus.
