📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.,Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.,Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and delivery schedules.,Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.,Generate regular inventory reports and provide insights for decision-making.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
