📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the luxury hospitality and resort industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field in the luxury hospitality and resort industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the luxury travel market and industry trends.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
