📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting in-store sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and market share.,Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team and individual goals.,Participating in inventory management and stock control activities.,Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies.,Willingness to travel and work in different store locations.
