📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and presentation.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure that they are performing at their best and that customer satisfaction is high.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared efficiently and to the highest standards.,Ensure that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
