FLUX Group is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth cash handling operations.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting customers with sales transactions and providing product information.
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Managing the cash register and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Assisting with inventory management tasks.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Following company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to work remote.
