🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations and market management.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and tools, such as POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
