Maintenance Staff - Production Equipment Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including but not limited to CNC machines, conveyors, and robotic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related problems.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on production equipment.
• Proven knowledge of CNC machines, conveyors, and robotic systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
