📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in finding the perfect luxury items by providing personalized recommendations and advice.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Manage the sales process, including handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized boutique, ensuring all items are presented attractively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury retail industry.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
• Assist in the organization of events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software, such as RetailPro or LightSpeed.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
