One Go Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position located in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Prepare and present financial reports and operational performance metrics to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
