📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep up with customer preferences and market trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage inventory and purchasing of pastry ingredients to ensure cost efficiency and availability.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other department heads to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry department.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Must be fluent in both spoken and written Indonesian.
