📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.
  • Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles and drivers.
  • Monitor and maintain fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members.
  • Ensure all fleet operations are in line with company policies and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
