📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery.,Create and maintain a well-stocked drink menu that reflects the bar's unique style and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior bartenders to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of bar supplies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Promote the bar's products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bar.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and the ability to create innovative and delicious cocktails.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other bar management software.,Knowledge of local and international beverage trends and regulations.,A valid ID card and work permit if applicable.
