📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that foster a love for nature and sustainability.
• Create and implement hands-on, experiential learning activities to enhance students' understanding of environmental science.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and refine curriculum materials.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Participate in school-wide events and initiatives to promote environmental awareness and conservation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in experiential education.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized classroom environment.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning community for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant setting.
• A passion for nature, sustainability, and experiential learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
