Makmur Hendra Medical Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our medical equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and a passion for clear and concise communication. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Palembang and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for medical equipment and systems,Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to gather information and clarify complex concepts,Design and develop user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting guides,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness,Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and incorporate this knowledge into our documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry,Strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with medical equipment and systems is a plus
