📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Manage and train a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote store products and attract new customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive store reputation.,Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
