📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.,Manage employee benefits and ensure their smooth operation.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
