PT Jaya Maritim Group is looking for a dedicated Field Collection professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and ensuring timely and accurate receipt of payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect payments from customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections.,Follow up with customers who have overdue payments and work to resolve any issues.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Report on collection activities and provide regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Passionate about customer service and building strong relationships.
