PT Sinergi Usaha is a rapidly growing company in the manufacturing sector, located in Bantul, Yogyakarta. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Conduct job analyses and job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Source and screen candidates for various positions, utilizing various recruitment channels and tools.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
