📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting property viewings and presenting properties to potential buyers.,Negotiating deals and closing sales.,Maintaining and updating the sales database.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Assisting in marketing activities to promote properties.,Attending industry events and networking with potential clients.,Providing regular reports on sales activities and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of the local real estate market in Gunung Kidul is a plus.
