📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales and promotion of Sumber Putri Bakery products to achieve sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service to retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.,Support the retail manager in training and mentoring new staff members.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of bakery products to meet customer expectations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the retail environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic baking techniques and knowledge of bakery products is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
