📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Support the HR team in payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
