📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the store operations and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Oversee daily tasks such as inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.,Train and mentor new hires to ensure they understand company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store policies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly sales reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a leadership position.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and cash handling procedures.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
