Fresh Bright Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, preparation, and execution of banquets and events. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and event management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquets and events, including coordinating with vendors and catering services.,Prepare and set up banquet areas, ensuring they are clean, decorated, and ready for guests.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, working closely with the kitchen staff.,Greet and assist guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.,Monitor and maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event debriefing to ensure all tasks are completed and lessons are learned.,Collaborate with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen duties and food preparation is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
