📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and paperwork.,Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in organizing and participating in team-building activities and events.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and analysis.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
