📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, menus, and promotional items.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve your skills and deliver high-quality work.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform your design decisions and create content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage and organize design projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within the specified timeframes.
• Present and pitch design concepts to the team, providing clear explanations and justifications for your creative choices.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Hong Tang by creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand's presence and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the F&B industry or a similar creative field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and a clear understanding of the F&B industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative and impactful design solutions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
